• Monitor daily disposal of garbage into appropriate containers to prevent odors and biological contamination.
• Store food properly.
• Avoid procedures and products in facilities maintenance that can cause IEAQ problems.
• Integrate IEAQ concerns into your purchasing decisions.
• Work with the tenants to ensure use of only necessary and appropriate pest control practices, utilizing non-chemical methods where possible.
